Job: Project Administrator
Co-ordination of projects.
Set-up of meetings.
Update project plans.
Support the Project Manager in all project administration.
Do the Quality Assurance of all documents.
To provide support to and assist Project Manager.
Act as central information source.
Follow up on project team members.
Co-ordinate training activities.
Inform team of project status and updates.
Undertake research, compile data and assist in preparations of project documentation.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent administrative skills.
Good inter-personal skills.
Candidate is required to be a South African citizen
Applicant needs to have the required computer skills as well as relative qualifications.
A minimum of 5 years related experience in the engineering industry.
Position available in Rivonia, Gauteng.
Available to South African citizens.
